Return Policies
JMHClothing.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. The following conditions apply:
* Shipping is non-refundable*
* A Restocking Fee may apply (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
* Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $ (70).
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund*
* NO RETURNS ON SPECIALS OR SALE ITEMS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Goods must be returned within 16 days (postmarked) of receiving order or no refund will be granted. For returns, the customer will be refunded the price of the shirt minus all freight charges, unless product was damaged or incorrect size shipped. If you need to exchange an item, we will pay to ship the item back to you once received. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustment is valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise. The merchandise left the factory in perfect condition. When returning or exchanging an item, please state the following: reason for return, or new size (if applicable). All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. will be accepted. Any goods returned after the return policy date will be refused.
No prior authorization is required, but all returns must be postmarked within 16 days of shipment to be accepted. After 16 days, we do not accept returns.
